We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller Counselors to join our team at the Bangalore branch. This role involves engaging with potential students and guiding them toward selecting the right courses/programs based on their interests and career aspirations.

**Key responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our courses and services.
- Counsel and guide students based on their educational background and interests.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and their families.
- Follow up with leads to ensure they receive timely and accurate information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and counselling sessions in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Education**:Fresh graduates in MBA, BBA, BCom, or BA.
- Language : Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in English and local languages (knowledge of Hindi is a plus).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Friendly and approachable personality with a student-centric approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
