**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make daily calls to potential students and families, primarily in Malayalam, to discuss educational programs and study abroad opportunities.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify prospective leads, scheduling in-person or virtual counseling sessions to explore study options further.
- **Information Sharing**: Clearly explain various courses, admission criteria, and visa procedures, responding to queries with accurate information.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct regular follow-ups with students to provide updates, answer additional questions, and maintain strong engagement.
- **Data Management**: Record call details, update student profiles, and track lead conversions in the CRM system.
- **Relationship Building**: Create a positive rapport with students and their families, offering a supportive and understanding experience.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with counselors and other team members to ensure seamless follow-up and support.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field (preferably in education).
- Proficiency in Malayalam (mandatory) and English; knowledge of other South Indian languages is a plus.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Ability to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills, particularly in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
