Sales Executive

**Responsibilities and Duties**
2. Convince students for the Alchemist program.
3. Coordinate with different stakeholders internally and facilitate query resolution so client can decide quickly.
4. Systematically maintain client on CRM and do follow ups.
5. Work hand in hand with different stakeholders to maintain a smooth flow of clientacquisition process.
6. Help and resolve enrolled students queries and guide through the course
8. Ensure we maintain positive & Happy customer engagement ratings.
**Key Skills**
Proficient in Spoken and written English, Excel, Presentation Skills, Customer Relationship Management, English
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
1. Graduate and above. Must have more than 2 yr of work experience. MBA is an added advantage. If worked in Education Sector then is also an advantage.
2. Extremely comfortable with English and Hindi language. Proficiency in spoken and written english.
3. Extremely confident with interactions.
4. Good at recording and maintaining client data and follow ups
5. A go getter with willingness to learn new processes and collaborate with multifunction to execute strategies from acquiring to enrolling client.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
