**Job Title**:
Freelance Research Specialist [Chemical Reaction Network (CRN) and Neural Network]

**Job Purpose**:
To conduct research and develop models at the intersection of Chemical Reaction Networks (CRNs) and neural networks, utilizing applied mathematics to solve complex problems in reaction dynamics, stability analysis, and networked systems.

**Required Qualification**:

- Master’s or PhD in **Applied Mathematics**, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong foundation in mathematical modeling, especially in Chemical Reaction Networks (CRNs) and neural networks.

**Tools to be Familiar**:

- MATLAB, Python, or similar for computational modeling
- Mathematical software such as Mathematica or Maple
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with simulation tools relevant to CRN

**Required Experience**
- 2+ years in research or applied work involving CRNs, neural networks, or similar mathematical modeling.
- Demonstrated experience in developing mathematical models for dynamic systems or network analysis.

**Required Knowledge/Skills**
- Proficiency in applied mathematics, particularly in differential equations and linear algebra
- Strong understanding of CRNs, including reaction dynamics, stability, and bifurcation analysis
- Proficient in designing and training neural networks, with experience in parameter estimation and optimization
- Ability to analyze complex systems and work with large datasets
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting
- Develop and implement mathematical models for Chemical Reaction Networks, focusing on reaction kinetics, stability, and behavior analysis.
- Design neural network architectures that integrate CRN modeling for specific applied problems, including simulations and predictive modeling.
- Conduct research on hybrid systems combining CRNs with neural networks to solve real-world challenges.
- Perform parameter estimation, data fitting, and sensitivity analysis to enhance model accuracy and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in CRNs, applied mathematics, and neural networks, bringing innovative methods and insights to the project.
