**Ajivasan Sound Studio**provides services of live sound setup, audio and video production, streaming services.

**Designation**:
Client Servicing Executive

**Job Location**:
Santacruz West, Mumbai

**Job Profile**:

- Efficiently managing queries and concerns of the academy customers and providing them appropriate solutions.
- Maintaining end to end MIS of student’s data on excel sheets and Ajivasansoftware and on Excel sheets.
- Making monthly exit calls and maintaining MIS for the same.
- Responsible for the retention of consumers in the academy.
- Responsible for monthly fee follow ups & collections.
- Coordination with academy teachers and students.
- Managing day to day academy app related queries.
- Managing monthly feedback of the students.
- Making monthly fee due calls and maintaining MIS for the same.
- Maintaining a professional relationship with academy students and teachers.
- Sharing credentials kit (login details, T&C, & important links) whenever a new student enrolled.
- Sharing reminders according to the calender.

**Other Attributes**:

- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Hand On experience in Microsoft word, excel & power-point

**Minimum Qualification**:
Graduation

**Working Days & Hours**:
Monday to Saturday: 10AM to 7PM

On the days of the events, the working days & timings will be kept flexible. Also, overtime / working on a Sunday will be compensated in the very next week.

**Experience**:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

**Salary**:
Best as per industry standards.

Incentive of Rs. 1000/- per month on every 25 enrolments.

Office work related travel expenses would be reimbursed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
