**Job Summary**
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians & other vendors).
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
- Provide technical and logístical support for all administrative personnel
- Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
- Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsSkill Sets**:
- Proven experience as administration manager.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree + MBA with 6-8 years of relevant business experience (healthcare & FMCG sector) preferred.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
