**Intern L &D***:
**vConstruct**, a Pune based Construction Technology company seeks an Intern to join our L & D team and develop eLearning courses.

**Experience** 0-6 months

**Internship duration**:
6 months or longer

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and use rapid development tools like Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, RISE, etc.), Captivate, to create eLearning courses with mínimal assistance of experienced programmers/developers.
- Interact with Instructional Designer, Graphic Designers, and other Articulate Developers/ Programmers to communicate ideas and offer eLearning development support
- Create engaging eLearning courses as a team
- Structure and build online courses according to the course design in Rise Articulate 360
- Re-create courses in Rise from another software - quizzes, interactive courses etc. from scratch.
- Test out courses, observe tracking of learners, reporting in a new LMS - identify gaps and potential issues.
- Study course design plan from Instructional Designer to recommend development options for different types of content.
- Create library of content templates in Articulate Storyline for various kinds of content to be presented in different ways (for example simpler layout) without losing information or structure according to accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.0) and 508 Compliance
- Simple image editing (resize, crop, and sharpen colors)
- Study the authoring approach of existing eLearning courses and those under development to recommend alternate solutions

All activities will be performed under the supervision of vConstruct L&D team lead.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent command over the English Language (both spoken and written)
- Experience on Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Motivation and inclination to self-learn and on-board quickly to use rapid authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.
- Problem solving mindset and troubleshooting approach in eLearning development
- Must have an interest in pursuing a career in eLearning/training industry
- Can work independently as well as work in teams
- Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.0) and 508 compliance
- Must be able to plan own work, adhere to project schedules and keep track of work
- Must be inquisitive and willing to research new learning development technologies and recommend innovative solutions
- Should have working knowledge of computers, especially MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

**Good to have**:

- Basic understanding of Graphic Design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Exposure to eLearning industry and rapid development tools
