**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.
- Oversee **employee selection, onboarding, and performance tracking.**:

- Support **accounts and financial record-keeping** in coordination with the accounts team.
- Maintain and update internal databases, files, and documents.
- Coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google docs/sheet etc.
- Ensure proper communication and task allocation among team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
