Job Summary We are looking for a smart presentable and efficient Front Office Executive to manage our reception area greet clients handle calls and support daily office operations The ideal candidate must be professional organised and able to provide excellent customer service Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients visitors with a friendly attitude Manage phone calls emails and front desk communication Schedule coordinate meetings appointments and interviews Maintain visitor records and handle enquiries Manage daily office activities and support administrative tasks Ensure the front office area is clean organised and presentable Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow Handle couriers incoming outgoing documents and customer queries Provide basic support to HR Admin when needed Required Skills Qualifications Excellent communication interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge MS Office email phone etiquette Good organisational and multitasking ability Professional appearance and responsible behaviour Ability to handle pressure and maintain a positive attitude Quick learner and team player Additional Notes Candidates must perform at their maximum capability and be committed to their work Performance-based growth hiring opportunities after the probation internship period if applicable Preferably female candidates Location Aluva Working Mode Full-time 9-6 Monday-Saturday Job Type Full-Time Experience Freshers Experienced can apply Language Good communication in English Malayalam Salary 12K-17K Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
