We are looking for a smart organized and customer-friendly Front Office cum Admin staff member to manage daily front desk operations and provide administrative support at our institution The ideal candidate should be confident in communication well-presented and capable of handling student interactions effectively Key Responsibilities Front Office Management Greet and assist students parents and visitors Handle phone calls enquiries and walk-in queries Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front desk operations Provide course information and guide students regarding admission procedures Administration Manage student registration documentation and data entry Handle attendance ID card coordination and student file management Support daily office tasks such as preparing letters notices and reports Coordinate with faculty management and other departments when required Assist in fee collection and maintain basic accounts-related files if required Operational Support Schedule counselling appointments and follow-up calls Assist in coordinating classes exams and institutional events Maintain office supplies cleanliness and overall front office environment Requirements Minimum qualification Degree Good communication skills in English and Malayalam Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Ability to interact professionally with students and parents Strong organizational and multitasking skills Pleasant personality with a positive attitude Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
