**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate sales efforts with the sales team to meet sales targets
- Manage site coordination, including scheduling and supervising installations
- Conduct site visits to ensure projects are completed to a high standard
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and contracts
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales, site coordination, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the commercial kitchen industry
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and layout
- Certification in construction management or a related field
- Experience with sales and project management software
