**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Supervision**: Oversee on-site execution of interior design projects, ensuring they align with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- **Coordination**: Act as the primary liaison between the design team, contractors, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and addressing on-site issues promptly.
- **Material Management**: Monitor material usage, inventory, and quality to minimize wastage and ensure timely availability.
- **Team Management**: Supervise and guide laborers, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular quality checks during and after construction, addressing defects or discrepancies.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- **Progress Reporting**: Maintain daily reports of project progress, including challenges, completed tasks, and resource requirements.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and interior materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (2D and 3D).
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities for on-the-spot challenges.
- Proficiency in project management tools and basic computer skills.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in on-site project management (typically 2-5 years).
- Familiarity with construction codes and regulations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
