**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Vendor registration and new vendor development work.
- Timely acknowledgment of purchase indent raised by Production or store dept.
- Timely preparation of PO.
- RFQ from vendor for new item.
- Regular material follows up with vendor
- Ensure OTIF benchmark for supplied material.
- Vendor audit at site and its performance measurement.
- Maintain the Purchase documents and record as per ISO guideline.
- Ensure best Quality material, better Cost and on time delivery.
- Purchase based on JIT Principal.
- Improve payment term negotiation.
- Coordinate with supplier and logistics provider to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
- Work closely with the quality control team to resolve any material quality issues.
- Work closely with the Store team and get shortage list for material procurement.
- Timely regularize the Purchase Bill and coordinate with account team for vendor payment.
- B.E Mechanical preferred or any other relevant degree
- 3 years of minimum experience in purchase
- Analytical and review and implementation
- Familiar with ISO Standards
- Knowledge of using ERP or SAP system
