The People Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR activities across the People and Culture (P&C) division. The position is headquartered in India reports to the Senior Director, People Operations. This position will be responsible for supporting a global team (APAC, EMEA & AMER).

Job Description Summary:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Act as the primary liaison between P&C, procurement and accounts payable teams managing and owning the contract, PO and invoicing process for all of P&C.
- Provide support to all parties of the contract administration process with Procurement to ensure smooth, efficient and timely completion of contracts and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure Contracting, PO & Invoicing process is followed based on SLAs established.
- Partner with Benefits to streamline and improve Contracting, PO & Invoicing process for all global vendors.
- Carry out a variety of HR data management tasks in Workday.
- Manage Talent Acquisition interview scheduling, and act as a backup for the HR Coordinator with other administrative recruitment responsibilities occasionally.
- Support the P&C team with a variety of general administration duties including data auditing, HR Help Desk servicing, data entry into Workday, & ad-hoc Workday support

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in a Human Resources, Legal, or other environment centered around managing time sensitive and confidential issues and projects.
- Technical experience utilizing HRIS and/or other data management systems; Workday experience is preferred.
- High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail while managing competing priorities and changing expectations.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a professional and diplomatic demeanor, the ability to engage with staff at all levels, and customer service mentality.
- Strong team player, willingness to contribute to the overall success of the People & Culture department.
- Demonstrated good judgment and mature business skills.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative rather than just follow directions.

- Flexible Work Arrangement; eligible for FWA 1 or 2

- Less than 5% travel
