Job Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in ecommerce and digital marketing. You’ll support the ecommerce team in managing online store operations, optimizing listings, and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- **Product Management**: Assist in adding, updating, and managing product listings, descriptions, images, and prices on our ecommerce platform.
- **Inventory Management**: Track product stock levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely restocking.
- **Order Processing**: Support the order fulfillment process, including managing orders, packing, and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery.
- **Customer Support**: Handle basic customer queries, resolve order-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **SEO & Content**: Help with keyword research and SEO updates to improve product visibility.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on key ecommerce metrics such as sales, customer engagement, and website traffic.

**Qualifications**:

- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
