**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketplace Intern to join our team. The intern will work closely with the E-commerce team to optimize product listings, manage online marketplace operations, and improve customer engagement strategies.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in creating and optimizing product listings on various E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research to improve product visibility and rankings.
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improving sales, ratings, and reviews.
- Help in managing inventory and coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.
- Analyse competitor activity and market trends to help shape strategies.
- Support in managing advertising campaigns and promotions on E-commerce platforms.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide insights on product trends, customer behaviour, and marketplace performance.
- Assist in handling returns and customer service-related tasks.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proactive, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.

**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills (optional).
