**Responsibilities**:
1. **Social Media Management**:

- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on Instagram promptly.
- Engage with followers, addressing comments, and fostering a positive online community.
- Create and schedule posts to maintain an active and engaging social media presence.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, orders, and other relevant inquiries.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

3. **Customer Support**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist customers with order-related concerns, returns, and product information.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and policies.

4. **Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer support or a related role.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in handling customer communications through Instagram.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.

5. **Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.

6. **Work Environment**:

- Remote position with regular virtual team meetings.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
