**UI/UX Designer Job Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- **End-to-End Design**: Demonstrate expertise in end-to-end user-centric and creative design, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- **Design Illustration and Presentation**: Illustrate and present design options using process flows, prototypes, and sitemaps. Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Content, and Coding, to align design solutions with business goals and project requirements.
- **Project Management and Remote Collaboration**: Utilize familiarity with project management tools and remote collaboration platforms to efficiently coordinate and communicate with team members.
- **Communication Skills**: Demonstrate exceptional listening, collaborative, and organizational skills to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale.
- **Prototyping and Visualization**: Proficiently use rapid prototyping and visualization tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, and Adobe CC to bring design concepts to life.
- **UI/UX Design Principles**: Exhibit an expert sense and understanding of UI/UX design principles, staying current with industry trends and advancements.
- **Front-End Development Skills**: Possess knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate effective collaboration with development teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- 1 to 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, and Adobe CC.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and industry trends.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
