- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate and
- construction field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
