Experience:

- 2-4 years
- Developing HSE management system including HSE plan in line with client requirement.
- Maintain daily, weekly & monthly safety reports and send to Project Manager& Head Office.
- Taking daily physical attendance on each contractor labours.
- Safety inductions for new labours with valid Government ID & Address Proof.
- Implementation of safety rules and regulation.
- Conduct internal safety trainings, toolbox, taking, conducting internal HSE audits, conduct the emergency mock drills and maintain the necessary safety related reports and record, Ensure the site security system& PTW system etc.
- Providing fire and safety training and safety induction to all management and contract persons & issue the Gate Pass.
- Monitoring all process areas during maintenance work.
- Monitoring PPF’s & arranging for labours at site.
- Celebrating National Safety Week, Fire service week and world environment day with various safety promotional activities. And award distribution for winners as well as participants.
- Effective communication skills and problem solving.
- Safety Documentation and preparing, updating checklist, safety records, First aid Etc.
- Follow the work permit system at site like General work permit, hot work permit and other work permits.
- Maintain First aid room, and should have all first aid equipments in
- Site checklist should be followed strictly like DG machine, Constructions Vehicles, RMC Plant and others.
- Ensure & maintain first aid box fully equipped with basic medicines at all the time.

Pay: ₹10,399.71 - ₹30,000.00 per month
