Designation:
Jr. Purchase Executive

Experience:
1 to 2 yrs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Vendor Communication: Communicating with suppliers/vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices,

and place orders for goods or services.
- Purchase Order Management: Creating and managing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in terms of

items, quantities, prices, and delivery schedules.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure

timely delivery of quality goods/services and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Cost Analysis: Analyzing costs associated with procurement activities to identify cost‐saving

opportunities and optimize procurement processes.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, and

agreements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborating with other departments such as finance,

logistics, and production to ensure seamless procurement processes and alignment with organizational

goals.
- Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of purchased goods/services to ensure they meet the required

standards and specifications.

Requirements and skills

Basic Computer Knowledge

Proficient in MS Word & Excel

Proficient in English speaking

Salary Package:
Fixed Salary‐ between 12K to 15K (Depends on Experience)

Office Time:
10:00 am to 06:30 pm (08:30 hrs)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
