Our company is looking to fill the role of purchasing executive. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

**Responsibilities for purchasing executive**
- Be a member in the Innovative Purchasing Leadership team and being responsible for agenda, material, minutes and arrangement for the Leadership team meetings
- Individually lead some projects and initiatives
- Review and prepare presentations and reports
- Plan and coordinate activities
- Mange the SVP Innovative Purchasing’s calendar and travel arrangements
- Organize workspaces and team places for efficient ways of working
- Process administrative tasks such as travel expenses, orders creation and Invoice management
- Screen mail and telephone calls and redirect calls as appropriate
- Support the full Innovative Purchasing team with selected activities when required

**Qualifications for purchasing executive**
- Maintenance of suppliers evaluation system and contact list
- Data entry, cost reports/ graphs generation and contract / agreement filing
- Support purchasing event / projects
- Fast learner and adaptable on different site conditions
- Good analytical skill, problem solving & communication skill
- Proactive attitude of solving problems good team spirit are required
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Purchasing/Procurement role is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Tool is essential

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
