**Location**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - contractors, applicators, builders, consultants, architects, and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share in the region.
- Promote and sell a range of construction chemical products (e.g., waterproofing, admixtures, sealants, grouts, flooring, repair products).
- Conduct product presentations and on-site demos for clients and consultants.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers when required.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account health.
- Regularly update CRM and prepare sales reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in construction chemical or building materials sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within Madhya Pradesh.
- Knowledge of local construction practices and market landscape.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
