We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our Tele Sales and Marketing team as Executives. This role is ideal for individuals eager to start their careers in sales and marketing within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and update the database.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective telemarketing strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any inquiries or issues promptly.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
