Job Description: Inside Sales Specialist - B2B Tele calling (Truefin)

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our B2B tele calling team at Truefin. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and introducing them to our business insurance solutions. Your goal is to generate leads, qualify prospects, and help convert them into long-term partners.

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound B2B telecalling to identify and engage potential business clients.
- Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and matching them with Truefin’s offerings.
- Schedule meetings or product demos with the appropriate sales team members.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support the development of new business strategies.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture relationships with prospective clients to drive sales.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B inside sales or telecalling, preferably in the financial services or insurance sector.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience with CRM software for lead tracking and sales pipeline management. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in the insurance, finance, or healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with business insurance products and services.
- Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses

Pay: ₹10,762.50 - ₹38,623.67 per month
