Dear All,

We have urgent opening for Business Development executive/Telecaller for jewellery retailers company.

**Female (preferable)**

**Work Location Lower Parel**

**Years of Experience 1-2 years**

**Qualification Minimum 12th Pass**

**Day Shift -Sunday Off.**

**20k per month**

**Requisites(Core competencies / Skills)**
- Prior experience as a tele-caller or similar (1 to 2 years)
- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred
- Have good knowledge of Jewelry and diamonds will be preferred
- Computer literate - Should have basic knowledge of Excel.
- Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences
- Good verbal skills - Hindi and English

**Responsibilities**
- Tele-call to the customer to make them aware about platform and invite them to visit our website
- Tele-call to the customer to make sale over call
- Correspond on behalf of the management.
- Create sales material to present to customers.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales
- Understand the customer jewellery requirement and give them proper solution.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time
- Have good communication skills (Marathi/ Hindi/ English Languages).
- Noting important details of each conversation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
