**About the Role**:
**Eligibility Criteria**:
**Option 1**:

- BE in Production / Mechanical / Industrial / Textile
- 2-3 years of production floor experience (preferably in foundation garments)

**OR**

**Option 2**:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 5-6 years of relevant garment production experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-Production**:
Plan workstation layouts, follow standard methods, calculate SMV using GSD, and manage accessory usage
- **Line Balancing**:
Coordinate with group leaders for operator/machine allocation and ensure smooth workflow
- **Loading & Planning**:
Provide feedback on production loading plans and help maintain line efficiency
- **Style Overlap Management**:
Schedule style changes with mínimal efficiency drop, plan machine setups and work distribution
- **Pilot Studies for New Styles**:
Conduct trial runs, identify issues, and prepare First Commission Reports
- **Operator Training**:
Improve operator methods and support multi-skilling to enhance flexibility
- **Reporting**:
Prepare operational reports including pilot study summaries, work plans, and monthly reviews
- **5S & Workplace Discipline**:
Ensure 5S standards are maintained in assigned areas
