- Execute batch processes including mixing, filtration, crystallization, drying, and milling, ensuring all steps are completed per approved protocols.
- Prepare and handle raw materials, intermediates, and chemicals for production runs, ensuring correct quantities and quality.
- Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, pH, concentration, etc.) during the production of pharmaceutical compounds to ensure that product quality meets established standards.
- Perform routine checks and adjustments to ensure smooth operation and adherence to production timelines and specifications.
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all production activities.
- Ensure the highest standards of product quality, ensuring that each batch meets the required specifications for **Monosulfiram **, **Mebeverine **, and **FCI **products.
- Assist in sampling for in-process testing and documentation of product quality.
- Participate in inspections, audits, and training to maintain compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to prevent accidents and ensure safe handling of chemicals and solvents used in production.
- Participate in safety drills and respond quickly to any hazardous situations, such as chemical spills or equipment malfunctions.
- Monitor and report any deviations from safety standards to supervisors and suggest improvements.
- Maintain accurate production records, batch logs, and inventory records in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Document all relevant production data, including process conditions, yields, and any deviations, for review by supervisors and QA teams.
- Prepare reports on production progress, yield, and quality parameters as required by management.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production operations and timely troubleshooting.
- Participate in shift handover meetings to ensure continuity and effective communication between shifts.
