
Inside Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify prospects based on their needs and budget.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Effectively manage sales pipeline and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in the [industry or specific field] is a plus.
