**Job Title: Quality Controller**

**Alternate Titles: Quality Assurance, Quality Inspector**

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and oversee the quality of evaporative air cooling machines that our organization produces.

**Brief Job Role**:
**To implement test procedures and systems that ensure the products fulfill quality standards, meet safety regulations, and satisfy client expectations.**

**Detailed Job Profile**:

- _To carry out routine testing and inspections for controlling product quality according to Quality Plan._
- _Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity._
- _Keep detailed records of product and equipment inspections._
- _Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues._
- _Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed._
- _Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors._
- _Make recommendations for improvement._
- _Create training materials and operating manuals._
- _Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repair._

**A Quality controller will usually possess the following Skills**:

- _Attention to detail :_

He must have attention to detail to ensure that products are being manufactured to the required specifications.
- _Analysis/Critical thinking/Problem-solving skills:_

When problems arise, he must conduct root cause investigations and develop and implement corrective or preventative action plans.
- _Communication skills :_

Since they need to deliver vital information to different teams involved in the production process, they should have clarity of thought and excellent communication skills.
- _Ethics:_
- He_ must be able to operate under pressure and still ensure that standards are met while managing potentially detrimental effects to timeline and budget.

**Educational Qualification**: Minimum B.sc or Diploma

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
