**Reporting To: -** CFS / Business head

**Desired qualifications & Skills**:

- Qualification - BHMS / BAMS / PG - Life Science
- Ability to counsel, and advise the suitable treatment to infertile patients
- Willing to do field job

**Responsibilities**:

- Counsel patients at the FCC/HCD (Referral Doctor) location referred by the Doctor
- To carry out and co-ordinate History Taking, Investigations, schedule appointment for the patient at the Mother Center and co-ordinate till patient registers
- To co-ordinate with the Counselor & CFS regarding patients plan of action and keep the FCC /HCD doctor updated
- To obtain list of failed IUI’s from Drs and follow up for IVF
- To conduct HSTs
- To participate in Camps being held in the City
- Achieve targets of enrolment at FCC / HCD doctors
- Achieve targets set for fertility camps
- Daily Reports making in Excel and Customized software
- Other duties on timely basis given by Reporting Head.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chakala, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
