**Position Title: Agricultural Advisor**

**Overview**:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Agricultural Advisor to join our team. This role involves providing expert advice to farmers by assessing current farming practices and identifying areas for improvement. You will also recommend customized product solutions to help enhance agricultural productivity and promote sustainable practices.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice to farmers on best practices for crop selection, planting techniques, irrigation, fertilization, pest and disease control, and overall farm productivity.
- Assist farmers in developing and implementing farm management strategies that improve efficiency, support environmental stewardship, and ensure long-term sustainability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in the agricultural industry, ideally in an advisory or consultancy capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of crop production, soil science, and integrated pest management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
