JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Agricultural Advisor to join our team. As an Agricultural Advisor, you will provide expert advice and guidance to farmers.Your role will involve assessing agricultural practices, identifying areas for improvement, and pitching the perfect product as a solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES**:Provide expert advice on crop selection, planting techniques, irrigation methods, fertilization, pest and disease management, and other aspects of agricultural production. **Assist farmers in developing and implementing farm management plans that optimize productivity, minimize environmental impact, and ensure long-term sustainability.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

2. Proven experience working in agriculture, preferably as an agricultural advisor.

3. In-depth knowledge of crop production, soil science, integrated pest management, and agricultural.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
