**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior engineers to learn best practices and coding standards.
- Learn from feedback to improve skills.
- Need to show improvement & independence on understanding, coding and communication skills
- Conduct sessions with leads/teams on the learning twice a month
- report to office weekly twice and meet with leads/team to clarify understanding/issues in person

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering. There should be No Active Backlogs at the time of Selection Process.
- Strong academic background in Java, Angular, JavaScript, SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
