You will be working as Executive Diploma Trainee and will be part of Process Automation business for Process Industries division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Global Engineering Manager and will be responsible for focusing on a specific role and business, creating a deep knowledge of the company and the team, to allow a successful career as a specialist and expert within our technology company.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Performing basic survey work, standard computations, analysis and basic design tasks
- Assisting customers on technical issues, interacts with official contacts, contractors and other staff within his / her scope of deliverables
- Learning from best practices / lessons-learned documentation across different projects and disciplines
- Using standard processes and tools applicable to one’s area of responsibility
- Supporting technical risk assessments and implements resulting actions for one’s projects
- Ensuring quality and timely implementation of projects within the targeted cost

**Your background**:

- Pursuing a diploma in electrical, electronics, electronic and communication engineering, computer science, instrumentation
- Should have a professional level of social understanding and good working relationships with others
- Open to new ideas, demonstrating ability to innovate and eagerness to improve things
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team to solve complex problems
- Demonstrating a high level of self-belief and motivation. Showing drive and ambition for broader responsibility
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
