You will be working as Executive Diploma Trainee and will be part of Motion Business Area for System Drives Division based in Bangalore North, India. In this role you will be reporting to Senior Engineering Manager and will be responsible for preparation of order specific customer drawings and production documentation of various families of AC variable speed drives.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Participating in discussion with customer/consultant for approval of drawings and during inspection in factory
- Maintaining on time generation of drawings and achieving first pass yield above 95%
- Coordinating with vendors of drive system components for engineering documentation
- Contributing towards localization of product components
- Participating in special testing requirements at other factories or customer sites
- Specifying and evaluating the components of packaging projects like transformers, motors, switchgear panels, UPS, PLC panels and cables

**Your background**:

- Diploma in electrical/electronics
- 0 to 1 year of experience
- Excellent communication skills
