**DGM - Sales**:
**Experience**: Should have minimum 10 years of strong experience in surface transport company out of which 3-4 years of experience in heading Regional/Divisional/Zonal office or working as a second in line head under Regional Manager.
**Location/Area**: Delhi/NCR
**Functional Area** - Sales
**Education Qualification** - Graduate/Post Graduate also well versed with IT. Skills.
**Salary** - No Bar
**Roles and Responsibilities:
- **
- He has to monitor Sales, Administration, Operations, Fleet, departments.
- Responsible to generate new business from existing clients and source new clients.
- Coordinate with all the divisional and branch offices under the region for smooth functioning of the business.
- Should have sound knowledge of FTL, Part load, parcel & ODC.
- He will be responsible for the P&L along with Regional Sales Managers.
- Develop local sales strategy.
- Establish overall budgets for individual sales personnel
- Align pricing strategy with procurement to ensure revenue and profitability.
- Perform own sales activities in large/medium customers and meet own individual sales budget.
- Monthly MIS to Management.
- Effective communication skills.
