Position: Receptionist / Front Desk Executives
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Location: Bandra West
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area, greeting visitors, and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or location.
- Communication:
- Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service to visitors, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Support:
Assisting with tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, sorting mail
- General Office Support:
Maintaining office supplies, coordinating with other departments, and performing other tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the organization.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude:
Creating a welcoming and helpful environment for all visitors and colleagues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with a wide range of people.
- Customer Service Skills: A friendly and helpful demeanor, with the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Professionalism: Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,500.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
