- Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about ambulance services, including response times, capabilities, and pricing.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- **Sales Service**:

- Proactively engage with potential customers to promote ambulance services and generate sales leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- **Coordination**:

- Efficiently coordinate ambulance dispatches based on the nature and urgency of the requests.
- Liaise with emergency response teams, drivers, and medical personnel to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of service requests, dispatches, and customer interactions.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to customer interactions, sales leads, and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing ambulance services.
- **Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the healthcare or emergency services sector.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of emergency medical services and ambulance operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to ambulance services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,596.29 per month
