Required Sales Co-ordinator/Executive

Positions - 3

Location - Satpur MIDC, Nashik

**Experience: 5 to 12 Years**

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or Bachelors of Engineering Electrical/ Mechanical or MBA (Marketing) or any relevant degree in Same field

Job description:
1) Monthly forecast from customer in co-ordination with sales person on 25 th of every month.

2) Co-ordination with Production team and provide delivery date to customers & Respective sales Person.

3) Dispatch clearance and coordination on daily basis (Dispatch Order).Maintain PO delivery status register. (PO tracker) Dispatch notification on customer portal as per requirement.

4) Maintain customer wise Forecast Vs Actual dispatch analysis.

5) Travel plan on monthly basis as and when required.

6) Daily reporting as per the format & PO Verification.

7) SO Generation, hand over to dispatch in team.

8) Ensure timely Payment Follow-up & Recovery.

9) Handle Customer Grievances.

10) Conduct formal customer satisfaction survey and CSSR 2 time a year.

11) MIS report for management.

**Detailed Job Description**:
**1) Handling RFQs (Request for Quotes), Co-ordination with customers & backend team.**

**2) Business development, Planning & execution of orders & New Projects.**

**3) Technical & Commercial discussion with customer.**

**4) After sales Support, complaint handling.**

**5) Customer Follow up, Weekly /Monthly reports preparation (MIS).**

**6) Social media marketing viz. LinkedIn, Company website updating Etc.**

**7) Planning & execution of orders.**

**8) Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.**

**9) Customer visits for new product development**

**10) Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.**
