Job Title: Sales Associate / Salesman for Clothing Brand

Location: Sector 14 Gurgaon

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team and help us bring our brand to life for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers warmly and understand their fashion needs.

Promote and showcase clothing items to meet customer preferences.

Drive sales by explaining product features and benefits, upselling when appropriate.

Build relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Maintain the store’s visual standards by organizing and restocking displays.

Operate the POS system for transactions and manage cash or card payments.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and our product offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in retail sales, especially in fashion, is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Team-oriented attitude and a positive demeanor.

Basic computer skills (for inventory and POS systems).
