**Analyst (S2P Operations)**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Process Supplier (Create/Modify) requests for all global regions.
- Coordinate with various departments (Buyer/BPM, Category Lead and MDM) to obtain approval and to push the supplier add request for the processing.
- Collaborate with requesters and resolve all issues for Supplier Add/modify requests.
- Process the tickets received in the service now portal and communicate with the requester in case of any query.
- Monitor Service Now Queue for any ticket received and process it within the timeline and as per the internal SLA.
- Evaluate the NDA/Supplier Add/Service Now business processes to identify the process improvement opportunities and implement improvement ideas.
- Maintain records of all transactions processed by himself/herself and should be able to deliver the numbers when needed.
- Collate all transaction quality related data and ensure timely updating.
- Prepare/Maintain and ensure timely updating of the process SOPs.
- Good MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook skills and experience with different functionalities.
- 4-8 years of experience in transaction processing and group mailbox handling.
- Experience in creating low level reports of the business process and publishing to the supervisor in case of need.
- A self-started/motivated individual who can work in pressure
