Additionally, you will be responsible for guiding technical teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring alignment with customer objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Solution Design & Architecture**
- Design, develop, and implement **OCI-based solutions** for enterprise customers.
- Define OCI **architecture best practices**, including security, networking, compute, and storage.
- Lead **OCI migration** and cloud-native development initiatives.
- Ensure OCI solutions align with **customer business needs and industry standards**.
- Develop **high-level and low-level architecture diagrams** and technical documentation.

**2. Team & Project Management**
- Lead **cross-functional teams** (cloud engineers, developers, DBAs, security specialists).
- Oversee the **end-to-end delivery** of OCI projects, ensuring timely execution.
- Conduct **technical reviews** and guide teams on **best practices**.
- Drive team growth through **mentoring, coaching, and upskilling**.
- Ensure **resource allocation and workload distribution** are optimized.

**3. Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management**
- Act as a **trusted advisor** to customers, understanding their **cloud strategy and pain points**.
- Conduct **customer workshops, assessments, and POCs** to showcase OCI capabilities.
- Work closely with **C-level executives, IT directors, and technical teams** to align cloud solutions.
- Handle **escalations, risks, and dependencies**, ensuring proactive issue resolution.

**4. Delivery & Governance**
- Define and **enforce governance frameworks** for OCI projects.
- Ensure adherence to **OCI security, compliance, and cost optimization** best practices.
- Implement **DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation** for efficient cloud operations.
- Drive **ITSM, monitoring, and incident response** best practices for OCI environments.
- Ensure projects meet **SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction** targets.

**5. Business Development & Strategy**
- Support **pre-sales activities**, including solution demos, RFP responses, and proposal writing.
- Identify **new opportunities** for cloud adoption, cost savings, and innovation.
- Stay updated on **OCI advancements, certifications, and competitive landscape**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

**Technical Skills**

✔ Strong expertise in **Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)** - Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM, Security, Database, and Integration Services.

✔ Experience in **cloud migration, multi-cloud, and hybrid cloud architectures**.

✔ Knowledge of **Oracle Database (ATP, ADW, Exadata Cloud Service, etc.)**.

✔ Expertise in **Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, OCI Resource Manager)**.

✔ Understanding of **containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and serverless (OCI Functions)**.

✔ Experience with **DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation**.

✔ Knowledge of **security frameworks, IAM, networking (VCN, VPN, FastConnect)**.

**Leadership & Management Skills**

✔ Experience managing **teams, vendors, and stakeholders**.

✔ Strong **project management** skills - Agile, Scrum, ITIL methodologies.

✔ Ability to **lead technical teams and drive innovation**.

✔ Excellent **problem-solving and decision-making skills**.

✔ Strong **communication and presentation skills** for technical and business audiences.

**Preferred/Good to Have Certifications**

✔ Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect Professional

✔ Oracle Cloud Security or DevOps Certification

✔ Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) - optional but beneficial

✔ AWS/Azure/Google Cloud knowledge (optional but beneficial for multi-cloud strategies)

**Experience Requirement**:
10+ years in IT, with at least **5+ years in OCI and cloud architecture**.

Experience in **leading OCI-based projects, teams, and customer engagements**.
