**Position: Peoplesoft Administrator**

**Location: Hyderabad**

**Experience: 5+ Years**

**Responsibilities**:
**Requirement**:

- Minimum of 6 years of PeopleSoft technical infrastructure experience
- PeopleSoft 9.0 or later experience
- PeopleSoft Technical Certification, Oracle Database certification is a plus
- Complete understanding of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) - specifically in a Linux-based system, Oracle database and Web Logic hosting environment
- Experience in PeopleTools Upgrade & PUM Updates is preferred
- Hand-on experience on Unix Shell and Windows Batch script is preferred
- Analyze issues with Process Schedulers, Application Servers, Application Messaging and Web Servers
- Debug and optimize SQL statements within Query, COBOL and Application Engine
- Have in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture security components
- Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Environment Builds and patching using DPK.
- Experienced in Project migrations and running Compare Reports via Application Designer
- Work with Infrastructure team members (Network, NT and Unix Administrators) to build and deliver services in a stable and secure multi-instance hosting environment
- Assist with capacity planning, disaster recovery and load balancing activities
- Work with multiple clients concurrently
- Work on all phases of a project - development, testing, production support, etc.
- Rapidly resolve issues to adhere to Service Level Agreements
- Installation & troubleshooting issues of ES search
- Setup & Troubleshooting issues related to Integration Broker
- Willing to work in multiple shift timings on rotation basis including night shift

- Provides input in the development of tools and processes to increase team productivity.
- Builds confidence and trust with customers.
- AWS Architect / OCI Architect certification or Awareness on these is preferred
- Knowledge of various AWS components such as EC2, ECS, S3, etc.
- Displays effective analytical skills.
- Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.
- Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues.
- Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to customers.
- Ability to multitask work with multiple clients and sets of requirements concurrently.
