**Requirement**:

- 7+ years of professional experience with one or more of the following:

- Must be able to work on multiple tasks and allocate time effectively
- Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks with limited oversight
- Holistic Systems Thinking - must be able to envision how all parts of a

solution interact with each other, existing systems architecture, and the

solution itself
- Knowledge and understanding of the business for which the architecture is being

developed
- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Listens and

gets clarification. Responds well to questions and participates in meetings
- Good understanding of Peoplesoft AWE and its offering
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, documenting design, testing, planning and execution, training strategy, and overall implementation planning.
- Excellent troubleshooting & analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Ability to document and present information clearly and concisely to

cross-operational teams and to executive management
- Looks for ways to improve and promote quality. Demonstrates accuracy and

thoroughness
- Ability to follow policies and procedures. Completes administrative tasks

correctly and on time

Support and explain the reasoning for decisions

approach or method to best fit the situation. Able to cope with and adjust for

frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
- Demonstrate leadership and foster collaborative team approach - interacts well

with front line and management providing consultation and expert advice on

systems-related topics.
