Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Consultant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have 510 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management modules. The consultant must be well-versed in PeopleSoft 9.2 or above, with a deep understanding of functional and/or technical aspects. This role requires collaboration with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to support day-to-day operations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and/or technical support for PeopleSoft FSCM modules, including:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Management (AM)
  • Purchasing
  • Inventory
  • Supplier Contracts

  • eProcurement

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications.
  • Perform configurations, system testing, and data validation.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and application maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations (e.g., payroll, HRMS, external suppliers).
  • Develop or review technical objects like PeopleCode, App Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, etc. (if technical role).
  • Prepare documentation including test scripts, training materials, and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and security standards.

Required Experience

  • 510 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM (version 9.2 or above).
  • Strong experience in at least 3 or more FSCM modules.
  • Proven experience in at least 1 full-cycle implementation or upgrade project.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft tools like PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface, SQR, PS Query, BI Publisher (for techno-functional/technical roles).
  • Understanding of business processes across finance and procurement domains.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and methods (REST, SOAP, Integration Broker, etc.).
  • Experience in remote team collaboration using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Teams, or Zoom.
