**Operations Manager**

**A fast-growing, 100% export-oriented tractor parts trading & manufacturing company at Changodar requires Operations Manager.**
- **Diploma engineer / Bachelor of engineer**
- **Should have an engineering background**
- **Having 3-5 years of experience in handling operations and administration in MSME**
- **Having experience in leading a team of 10 - 15 members**

**Role & Responsibility**:

- **Look after smooth Business Operations and Administration**
- **Coordinate with Management and various departments/functions and ensure that the organization’s goals are achieved**
- **Will be responsible for managing purchasing, inventory, processes, dispatches and general administration.**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
