We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Transport Maintenance Manager to join our team. As the Transport Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of Mahindra, Tata, and Ashok Leyland trucks. Your primary objective will be to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our transportation assets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for the fleet of Mahindra, Tata, and Ashok Leyland trucks.
- Oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance, including scheduled services, repairs, and inspections.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance activities.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and reduce downtime.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of spare parts and materials.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards to minimize accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of maintenance activities to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and logistics, to optimize vehicle utilization and minimize disruptions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 to 6 year Experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Transport Maintenance Manager or a similar role, preferably with knowledge of Mahindra, Tata, and Ashok Leyland trucks.
- Strong **technical knowledge of truck maintenance and repair** procedures.
- Familiarity with fleet management software and maintenance tracking systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Hajira, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
