**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transportation Management**:

- Oversee the planning and coordination of transportation activities for goods or personnel.
- Monitor the performance of transport services and address issues promptly.
- Manage and optimize routes for cost-efficiency and timely delivery.
- **Fleet Management**:

- Keep accurate records of fuel usage, maintenance, and inspections.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national transportation regulations.
- Maintain records of transport-related documents, such as delivery logs, permits, and compliance reports.
- **Cost Control**:

- Monitor transportation costs and look for cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts with transportation suppliers, if necessary.
- **Customer Service**:

- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics) to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Communicate with customers or clients to address any transportation-related issues or delays.
- **Safety & Risk Management**:

- Enforce safety protocols to minimize accidents and damage to goods.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in route planning software, Microsoft Office, or logistics management tools.
- Good communication and leadership skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
