**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Marketing Plans**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Analyze digital campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for improved results.
- **Content Creation**:

- Generate engaging and high-quality content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, and social media.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Utilize market insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Drive lead generation activities through various channels, such as events, webinars, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers and contribute to revenue growth.
- **Brand Management**:

- Uphold brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
- Work towards enhancing brand visibility and positioning in the market.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant tools and metrics.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fresher/ Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-versed in various languages ( Kannada, Telugu and Tamil).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
